When i visited the Kryolan store lately there was a shimmering foundation as well as a BB cream. The BB cream was not available in my shade so i couldn't get it. I bought the shimmering foundation in the darkest shade they had in store and that was Gold and it matched my skin tone well.
Kryolan Stick foundation is a heavy duty foundation that can be used for any occasion and will last whole day without fading out. But the sticks match perfectly for dry and normal skin tones and oily skin tones will have to set it with the translucent powder to avoid getting oily during the day.
The pan cake is towards more drying and have to use a damp sponge to use it. Just like stick foundation it's full coverage but not as thick. So this can be used as an everyday foundation as well.
These have the same color range as the sticks and they have a wide range of colors which gears more towards yellow/asian skin tones.
This new shimmering foundation doesn't appear any shimmering on skin when applied and does not transfer in the cloths or anything. And it can be applied with hands as well as a brush and gives a light to medium coverage which can be build up if preferred. And it gives a very beautiful glow and this is more suitable for everyday use since it gives a skin but better look.
The shade i got is Gold and when swatched it appears shimmering gold but this doesn't even show on face when applied. And this was the darkest availbale in the store but there were many colors that were suitable for light skin tones. If you have Mac NC42 skin color like mine this would match you but if you have darker skin please check with your nearest store for a color that matches you.
For the price it costs like 7000 Sri Lankan rupees which is almost $35 US dollars so it's not very expensive for a foundation. And you get much of product and since this has a thick formula this will lasts a lot longer.
This would be a good choice for anyone who's finding it hard to match foundations to their yellow/asian skin and who would like to try a foundation with light coverage.
