Colorpop Cosmetics Blush and Lite Stix Review

Colorpop cosmetics is a brand that never sleeps or rest. They release new products almost every week and yet they are of good quality and affordable.

Their eye shadows are so pigmented and super shock shadows are insanely beautiful as lid toppers. The liquid lipsticks which retails for almost $5 are long lasting and provide a comfortable matte finish. And not to mention their two sister brands Sol body and Fourth ray Beauty which caters beautiful body oils and affordable yet promising skincare.

They released recently some Blush and Highlighter stix. These are cream blushes and highlighters which comes in two or three sets. Each Blush stix has 0.28z and highlighter stix has 0.33 oz. They initially released five sets in different color themes and which had three blush stix in one. Then there were sets that had only one blush and highlighter stix in each set. I got the set  Deep which had the colour Invite only in blush and Acting up as highlighter stix.

The blush appears towards berry reddish tone but gives a light berry color to my Asian skin. The main reason i got this set is when the YouTube beauty guru KathleenLights recommended the Acting up lite stix. It has a peachy undertone and is more suitable for medium to dark skin types. When applied it gives a golden glow to the skin and both these lasts longer than powder blush and highlighters.

I usually use a duo fiber brush to apply these since this brush gives a light coverage and you can control how much product you want to apply. It gives a beautiful glowy finish and applies cream products well.

These made me love cream products more and showed me how long cream products can last on my face and the way they blend in to the skin. For the cost as low like $15 i think these are a good choice for anyone who wants to experiment with cream blushes and highlighters.

Here's a quick video that i made for my instagram @mybeautyandfashiondiary which shows how i apply these stix..Until Next time...
