Hey guys, I have been using these products for a while and couldn't upload a review on these. Nyx is an drugstore brand but the quality of the products are non like drugstore. The pigmentation is quite high on these and i love the after finish effect they have. You can buy these at a very low cost but i promise you will love most of them.
Nyx Soft Matte Lip Creams
These are the lip creams i tried San Paulo, Anterwerp and Istanul. My favorite is the Istanbul. These dries down to a matte finish and last for almost 6 hours if you don't have a big meal in the meantime. The pigmentation is high and they apply like a powdery formula.
Nyx Lip Liner Pencils
I bought 6 of the pencils and these lasts longer and provide a good base for any lip color in general. The following are the swatches of Purple Rain, Hot Pink, Dolly Pink, Rose and Pumpkin. The only color i don't use much is the Dolly Pink since it's a blue based pink color and doesn't suit my asian skin tone. It would suit perfectly for those of you with lighter skin and for the asian darker skin beauties like me :p the Purple Rain and Hot pink would look lovely.
Nyx Matte Lipstick
These doesn't dry down completely so i didn't fall in love with the finished look since i'm a matte lip kinda girl. But if you are looking for a matte lip that does't dry completely you will love these. As with the other products these are highly pigmented just like high end lipsticks but will cost you like 6$ each. The following are the swatches of Tea Rose which is mauve pink and a beautiful color on all skin tones, Bloody Mary - a beatiful pinky red which has a blue under tone to it but it looked lovely on my asian skin as well and Sweet Pink - a pink which is more on the purple side.
Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil - Milk
I tried only one since i have loads of other eye liner and wanted to give this a try since it was highly recommended by so many beauty gurus. It's a good color for a base for your eye shadow and will make your eye shadow color more brighter and pop. Highly recommend this and i'm sure the other colors would come out like this as well.
Nyx Sculpt & Highlight Face Duo - Caramel & vanila
I love this contouring duo. I use it to conceal my under eyes and since it's a caramel color it looked perfectly concealed with some setting powder. The sculpt side is good for my skin tone, which will match medium to yellow skin tones. It has a dome like applicator and provides an easy application. The Contour color does not have any ash color or does not leave muddy finish on your face.It goes towards a yellow undertone.
